Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager | Middle Market Clients

Location: Fully Remote | Office located in Memphis

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (Varies with experience, training, and qualifications)

Must Know: EPIC or AMS360

About the Position

Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, where you'll be the cornerstone of our client relations, especially in the small business to middle market sector. This role offers flexibility with remote work and occasional visits to our Memphis office for engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Management: Oversee a dedicated portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service from policy initiation to renewal, including managing documentation such as binders, certificates, and policy proposals within set timelines.
  2. Consultation & Relationship Building: Engage in consultative discussions with clients, fostering strong relationships with both clients and carriers.
  3. Renewals & Marketing: Handle renewals, obtain quotes, complete renewal processes, and prepare marketing submissions for existing clients as needed.
  4. Sales Opportunities: Identify and act on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
  5. Diverse Role Expansion: Embrace additional responsibilities and growth opportunities within the team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years in customer service or account management within the insurance industry.
  • Property/Casualty License is essential.
  • Profound understanding of insurance products, documents, and their applications.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Applied/EPIC or AMS360 is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Openness to ongoing learning; a college degree or equivalent industry designations are advantageous.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
