Job Title: Senior Account Manager – Florida Condo (Remote in Florida)

Location: Remote (Florida)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in Florida condo insurance to join our team. This remote role focuses on managing and servicing a book of business primarily consisting of Florida condominium associations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the unique risks and coverage needs for condo associations in Florida and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and service a book of business specializing in Florida condo associations
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintained
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, particularly with Florida condo associations
  • Active 220 Insurance License
  • Strong understanding of Florida condo-specific regulations and coverage needs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
