Jonus Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic, collaborative team in Naperville, IL. This role involves full-service A-Z account management for larger, more complex commercial accounts and supporting multiple producers with significant ownership.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of Commercial Lines experience, a strong generalist background across industries, excellent multitasking and communications skills, and proficiency with Applied

• Strong generalist background across multiple Commercial Lines industries.
• Proven multitasking ability and proactive producer support.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full A-Z account management and servicing for a portfolio of higher-level Commercial accounts.
• Handle producer requests, emails, updates, binders, renewals, and endorsements.
• Support multiple producers across a growing book of business.
• Manage day-to-day servicing independently with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.
• Utilize Applied Epic, Excel, and Outlook for account management tasks.
