• Assist in managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts.
• Support Account Managers with endorsements, policy changes, and renewals.

• Prepare and review client documents such as certificates of insurance, proposals, and summaries.
• Coordinate with carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy changes as needed.
• Assist in account reviews, remarketing, and identifying coverage gaps.
• Stay informed about industry updates and carrier product offerings.
