Job summary

You will coordinate with the Sales Executive, review coverages, maintain data integrity in the agency system, and lead special projects while mentoring teammates. A Health and Life Insurance license is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of related experience.
• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Health and Life Insurance License required. Insurance designation preferred.
• Experience in commercial lines coverage and underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage client relationships and ensure superior service.
• Coordinate with Sales Executive to obtain necessary information and collaborate on renewal strategies, review quotations, and prepare proposals.
• Prepare carrier submissions and professional proposals for clients; conduct in-person client visits as needed.
• Perform contract reviews with respect to insurance requirements and issue non-standard certificates.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system.
• Lead special projects and mentor teammates.
