Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field and 5–8 years of progressive commercial lending experience with a financial institution.
- Ability to analyze tax returns, financial statements, and cash flow for underwriting.
- Experience structuring and underwriting CRE and business loans, including lines of credit and term financing.
- Ability to manage complex lending relationships and maintain a high-performing portfolio.

- Originate commercial real estate and business loans to meet member and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain tailored financing solutions for members.
- Structure and underwrite loans by gathering financial information and assessing credit risk.
