Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage commercial loan relationships from the lending lifecycle.
• Prepare comprehensive credit underwriting packages with financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to structure credit facilities.
• Monitor portfolio performance, renewals, and covenant compliance.
• Identify emerging credit risks and develop viable remediation plans.
• Coordinate with Credit Officers to secure timely credit approvals and closings.
• Engage in client meetings to assess needs and opportunities for banking solutions.
• Maintain accurate credit documentation and reporting in compliance with policy.
