Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in SBA workout & liquidation.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy, workout, UCC, litigation, foreclosure, and collateral disposition.
• Ability to assess financial statements and restructure SBA loans.
• Knowledge in SBA and C&I loan documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and loan origination/management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial credits across assigned segments.
• Monitor risk ratings, financial performance, and industry trends.
• Conduct financial analysis and cash flow modeling.
• Assist in underwriting, renewals, amendments, and extensions.
• Prepare credit packages and present to committees.
