• Experience with SBA and C&I loan documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Team-focused with client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of commercial credits across segments.
• Monitor risk ratings and migration accuracy.
• Assist in underwriting renewals, amendments, and extensions.
• Manage maturities and credit strategy with relationship managers.
• Prepare credit packages for approvals and committees.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory expectations.
• Perform cash flow modeling and structure transactions.
