Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; business admin, finance or accounting preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, financial analysis, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes credit information to support lending decisions and processes for commercial loans.
• Makes credit decisions and recommendations in compliance with bank policies while maintaining client service.
• Negotiates loan structures and terms that align client needs with bank risk appetite.
• Assesses repayment capacity using financial models and analytical tools.
• Signs off on new, renewal and extension loans within delegated authority.
• Monitors portfolio to identify deteriorating credit conditions and risks.
