Job summary

National Mortgage Staffing is seeking a Commercial Lending Operations Manager in Modesto, CA to lead the full back-office lending function from post-approval through funding. The role will supervise Commercial Loan Processors and help transition underwriting in-house while ensuring quality control and compliance.

A strong candidate will have commercial loan processing/underwriting experience, knowledge of conventional loans and SBA 7(a)/504 programs, and proven leadership in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5–7 years of commercial loan processing and/or underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of conventional loans and SBA programs; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial loan processing cycle from post-approval through closing and funding.
• Review loan documentation for consistency with approved terms and credit memos.
• Lead and develop Commercial Loan Processors; ensure deadlines and compliance.
