- Recommends loan solutions per guidelines and client needs.
- Manages daily loan activities for a small mortgage loan officer team.
- Manages and grows a portfolio of client relationships.
- Prepares loan solutions and refers other banking products; reviews documentation for compliance.
- Develops sales coverage across CA market and collaborates with stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
- Analyzes customer financial information for complex borrowers.
