Job summary

TruNorth Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Lending professional in Holbrook, MA to grow the bank’s C&I loan portfolio and expand its commercial real estate client base. You will cross-sell deposits and cash management products, service existing relationships, and pursue new business through active calling on customers and referral sources.

The role requires 7–10 years of C&I lending experience, a strong network, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years Industrial Lending (C&I) experience.
• Strong network of customers and referral sources.
• Proven loan production and outside calling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand TruNorth Bank’s commercial & industrial customer base and cross-sell bank products.
• Call on existing customers, prospects, and referral sources to meet loan and deposit production goals.
• Manage a commercial loan portfolio in accordance with policies and credit standards.
• Conduct credit analyses, prepare loan proposals, and coordinate with Credit department.
• Represent the bank in community organizations and develop new business.”
