Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Officer to originate, underwrite, and close secured and unsecured commercial and agricultural loans. You will build and maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with lending laws, and guide borrowers through loan processes.

Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance or 10+ years banking experience; post-graduate banking education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 10+ years banking experience.
• Post graduate banking education encouraged.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite, and close commercial and agricultural loans in accordance with laws and bank policies.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers; promote lending products.
• Manage portfolio and monitor borrower credit quality; address delinquencies as needed.
• Participate in business development, call on clients, and promote the bank's lending programs.
