gpac is assisting a well-capitalized Missouri community bank in recruiting a Commercial Loan Officer to lead local business development and grow the loan portfolio. You will meet face-to-face with business owners to understand goals and structure creative credit solutions.

In this relationship-first role, you will build a high-quality portfolio, analyze credit and financials, ensure profitability and compliance, and collaborate with analysts and senior management to deliver sound lending
