The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Officer to originate, underwrite, and close commercial and agricultural loans. You will build and maintain strong client relationships while complying with federal and state lending laws and bank policies.

The role requires a strong background in credit analysis, negotiation, and loan structuring, with a focus on delivering timely, accurate loan commitments and cross-selling bank products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or 10+ years of banking experience.
Postgraduate industry education (e.g., Stonier) is a plus.
Experience originating, underwriting, and closing commercial loans.

Responsibilities

Originate, underwrite, and close secured and unsecured commercial and agricultural loans.
Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Ensure compliance with banking laws and lending policies.
Manage loan portfolio and monitor borrower creditworthiness.
Coordinate with underwriting and funding to ensure timely closings.
