Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to lead local business development and portfolio growth for a Missouri community bank. You will build a high-quality loan portfolio, identify opportunities, analyze credits, and maintain profitability while ensuring compliance and collaboration with credit analysts and senior management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in community bank lending, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a finance/business degree.
