Requirements include 3+ years in commercial lending, a business degree preferred, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, FIS Horizon, and Loan Vantage.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with processing and closing commercial loans for middle market clients; strong client interaction.
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred; higher experience considered in lieu of degree.
• High level of responsiveness and follow-through with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; familiarity with FIS Horizon and Loan Vantage preferred.

Aufgaben

• Acts as liaison between lenders, clients and third parties to obtain and maintain documents for loan underwriting and depository relationships.
• Reviews documents supporting underwriting such as organizational docs, title commitments, financial statements, appraisals, and construction draws.
• Support Lending Officers in monitoring HMDA and CRA reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of the Bank's Loan Policy to ensure accuracy of loan presentations and documentation.
• Open business accounts and review daily activity reports.
• Manage financial and collateral exceptions within bank standards.
• Generate deposit account documentation and knowledge of Treasury Management services.
• Participate in ongoing training and learning.
