American Commercial Bank & Trust is looking for a Commercial Banking Associate in Schaumburg, IL. This role focuses on providing excellent service to clients while managing the entire loan process, from inception to closing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior experience with processing and closing commercial loans.
• High level of client interaction required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; more experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between lenders, clients, and third parties for loan documentation.
• Review supporting documents for loan underwriting.
• Monitor HMDA and CRA reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of bank loan policy for accuracy.
• Facilitate loan documentation and conduct closings.
• Open business accounts and manage account activity reports.
• Generate deposit account documentation.
• Train and handle special projects as assigned.
