American Commercial Bank & Trust is looking for a Commercial Banking Associate in Schaumburg, IL. This role focuses on providing excellent service to clients while managing the entire loan process, from inception to closing.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in commercial loan processing or discussing loans with clients. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential with adequate experience. Benefits include medical coverage, a 401k with company match, and more.

Formación

• 3+ years of prior experience with processing and closing commercial loans.
• High level of client interaction required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; more experience may substitute.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise between lenders, clients, and third parties for loan documentation.
• Review supporting documents for loan underwriting.
• Monitor HMDA and CRA reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of bank loan policy for accuracy.
• Facilitate loan documentation and conduct closings.
• Open business accounts and manage account activity reports.
• Generate deposit account documentation.
• Train and handle special projects as assigned.
