Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of commercial lending, credit, underwriting or equivalent experience.
• Experience in ESOP lending is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, processing and closing.
• Ability to expand client relationships and cross-sell bank products.

Responsibilities

• Generate and service a wide variety of commercial loans, including large and complex credits.
• Develop strong, low-risk client relationships and serve as principal relationship manager.
• Generate new leads from existing clients and referrals; call on relationships.
• Engage in loan structuring, credit analysis and client interviewing.
• Monitor credit performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Cross-sell other bank products and expand new business through proactive calls.
