The ideal candidate will bring two or more experienced commercial lenders and help establish a stronger presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop: Build, mentor, and lead a team of commercial lenders while fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
• Grow the Portfolio: Develop new commercial lending relationships and expand the bank’s presence in the Baton Rouge market.
• Build the Team: Recruit, attract, and develop talented lenders who share a commitment to client service and sustainable growth.
• Manage Risk: Maintain sound underwriting standards, credit quality, and disciplined portfolio management.
• Drive Performance: Partner with bank leadership to execute commercial banking strategies and achieve growth objectives.
• Strengthen Relationships: Build lasting relationships with business owners, executives, and community leaders.
