Job summary

Colleague in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead commercial landscape construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, budgets, crews, subcontractors, and suppliers; reading plans; monitoring progress; and communicating with clients and internal teams to maintain profitability and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscape construction or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial landscape construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, manpower, equipment and material coordination.
• Supervise field teams, subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality.
• Read plans and contracts, monitor progress, safety and costs.
• Coordinate with clients, managers, architects and operations.
