Job summary

Richard, Wayne & Roberts is seeking a Landscape Project Manager to lead hands-on landscape, hardscape, and amenity delivery across our residential developments in Greater Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Central Texas.

The role emphasizes project coordination, permitting support, consultant coordination, and field issue resolution, with a fast-paced environment reporting to the VP of Design.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Landscape Architect.
• Hands-on oversight of landscape, hardscape, and amenities.
• Experience coordinating permitting and consultants.

Team/Job Information:

• The Landscape Project Manager will be hands-on, overseeing landscape, hardscape, and amenities within their developments.
• Heavily involved in residential community landscape delivery, permitting and consultant coordination, and construction support and field issue resolution. Less focused on high concept design and more on project coordination, management, and execution.
• Fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the VP of Design
