Job summary

You will lead field crews, review plans, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety, and coordinate with contractors to deliver high-quality landscapes that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in landscape/irrigation construction.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach, evaluate, and train staff and field workers in landscape services.
• Supervise multiple landscape and irrigation installation projects of all sizes.
• Inspect field work and resolve problems to ensure contract specs are met.
• Track expenses, entry of time, materials, and subcontractors for each project.
• Maintain production tracking reports and prepare related reports.
• Dispatch labor and equipment to job sites and manage equipment utilization.
• Ensure safety meetings are conducted and reinforce safe work practices.
• Attend pre-construction and scheduling meetings with project teams and general contractors.
• Coordinate permits, utility locates, and inspections prior to project start.
• Order materials, pre-order plants, and manage supplier relations to meet budgets.
