Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a CFESA Master Tech/Commercial Kitchen Service Technician in Richmond, VA to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of commercial kitchen equipment. You will leverage training and manufacturer support to deliver reliable service for restaurants and hospitality clients.

The role emphasizes reading schematics, communicating with manufacturers, and providing excellent customer service while coordinating with restaurant managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, or related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in environments including heat, cold, and around electrical/mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial food service equipment including cooking equipment, refrigeration systems, ware-washing equipment, and specialty kitchen equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Communicate with manufacturers and technical support teams for troubleshooting assistance.
• Complete installations, repairs, service documentation, and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service while partnering with restaurant and hospitality managers.
