Jobot is seeking a Commercial Interiors Superintendent in Rockville, MD to oversee all phases of interior renovation projects for a busy GC, on-site. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-end interiors on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial interiors, strong leadership, client-facing communication, and proficiency with construction management software.

• 8. Review and approve all subcontractor's and supplier's pay requests.
• 9. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the commercial interiors sector.
• 2. Proven experience overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from design through completion.
• 3. Strong knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• 4. Excellent time management and project organization skills.
• 5. Demonstrated leadership skills with a solid ability to manage and motivate a team.
• 6. Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• 7. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• 8. Proficiency in construction management software.
