Focus Design Interiors, Inc. in Atlanta seeks an Experienced Commercial Interior Designer to take ownership from concept to installation. You will develop concepts, space plans, finishes, and FF&E packages, and prepare construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional commercial interior design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required with ability to independently develop and coordinate drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PowerPoint.
• Strong design development, space planning, material selection, and FF&E specification experience.
• Experience preparing FF&E budgets, cost estimates, and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage design across multiple projects from concept to installation.
• Confident in leading client presentations and coordinating with architects and project teams.
• Willingness to travel for project meetings and site visits.

Responsabilités

• Develop design concepts, space plans, finishes, and presentations aligned with goals.
• Produce design drawings and construction docs using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure quality.
• Manage multiple design assignments to meet schedules and budgets.
• Develop FF&E selections and prepare cost estimates and specs.
• Coordinate with Procurement on product availability and substitutions.
• Present design concepts and FF&E packages to clients, incorporating feedback.
• Support construction administration and site visits; resolve design issues.
