Job summary

The S/L/A/M Collaborative is seeking an Interior Designer with a minimum of 7+ years of experience to join our Atlanta, GA office. The role encompasses managing all phases of interiors projects, collaborating with the design team, and coordinating with consultants and vendors.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (NCIDQ preferred or in progress), Revit proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working as an interior designer
  • Corporate project experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with the architectural design process and integration of interior design
  • Experience with FF&E, furniture systems, color and material selections
  • Experience with Revit required; knowledge of Photoshop, Enscape, InDesign, SketchUp and/or 3-D Studio Max a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter, organized, detail oriented
  • NCIDQ certification or pursuing it

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all phases of interiors projects, including project set-up, design, and consultant/vendor coordination
  • Continuously collaborate with P-I-C and internal team members
  • Develop and express concepts accurately and rapidly to meet deadlines
  • Maintain positive communications with colleagues, clients and consultants
  • Attend client meetings in-house and at client sites
  • Contribute to the growth, development, and success of the Atlanta office
