Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial interior design and/or architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple commercial projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Strong experience owning the design process from concept through construction.
• Experience in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Deltek, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in client management and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead design projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, AV, etc.) across multiple projects.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability while delivering high-quality design.
