Job summary

Capstone Search Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager for a 100% remote role open to residents of Oregon. You will support the Select Accounts division, manage an active desk of policyholders, advise on coverage, and oversee renewals with limited producer involvement.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of commercial P&C experience, an active state license, and comfort working remotely in the Oregon market.

Qualifications

• Active state insurance license is required.
• 4-5 years of commercial property & casualty experience in a similar account manager capacity.
• Remote work eligibility for Oregon residents.

Responsibilities

• Daily client service including activities like client engagement, fulfilling client requests, renewal preparation.
• Remarketing and binding new accounts as needed.
• Advise clients on coverage and manage renewals independent of the producer.
• Maintain an active desk with a large number of policyholders.
