Job summary

The Nitsche Group in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to maintain strong client relationships through prompt, professional handling of inquiries and coordination with carriers and colleagues.

You will update policies, quote, renew, bind coverage, and present options while gathering data and supporting producers to meet client needs. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold the Texas Insurance License and have a minimum of five years of insurance account management experience.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting procedures, and carrier interactions.
• Display excellent phone manner, written and verbal communication, and math reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to existing clients related to updating policies, providing quotes, answering questions, and documentation.
• Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies.
• Collaborate with producers to understand client needs, gather data, present options, finalize and bind coverage, and negotiate with carriers.
• Discuss products with customers, quote renewals, and provide requested documentation.
• Resolve issues by identifying root cause and expediting solutions, ensuring follow-up.
• Review audits or policies and coordinate corrections between client and carrier.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the agency management system.
