Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal Refrigerant License required.
• 10+ years of commercial HVAC servicing experience.
• High School or GED; trade school or certifications a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve HVAC rooftop units, make up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems.
• Follows up with customers for quality assurance and ensures 100% satisfaction.
• Be prepared to handle issues and respond to emergencies when needed.
