Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• Must be able to be on call in 7-day rotations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installs, operates, and maintains heating, air conditioning, refrigeration systems.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts in units and equipment.
• Conducts regular preventive maintenance inspections.

Skills

Commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration

Brazing skills

Knowledge of direct digital controllers (DDC)

Education

HVAC and brazing license

Universal Refrigerant License

HVAC Journeyman License
