Job summary

GSM Services, a 4th-generation family-owned business serving the Greater Charlotte area, seeks a Commercial HVAC Service Technician. Requirements include 6+ years of commercial HVAC experience, wiring diagram literacy, EPA universal certification or commitment to obtain within 90 days, and a valid driver’s license.

We offer $30–$42 per hour, generous benefits, training and tuition reimbursement, and a supportive, safety-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Wiring diagram schematic literacy and basic refrigeration knowledge.
• EPA universal certification or willingness and ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs, work at heights over 8ft, and work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, flexible start/leave times, and an on-call rotation.
• Basic hand tools and a tool bag.
