Job summary

Prime Partners is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Journeyman in the Charlotte, NC area. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various commercial HVAC systems, working closely with customers to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The role requires 3–7 years of experience, EPA/CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will handle documentation and may participate in on-call rotations with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience: 3–7 years as a commercial/industrial technician.
• EPA/CFC certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently or in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Provide accurate documentation and paperwork to customers and the company.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation and overtime/weekend hours as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and properly use PPE.
