Qualifications

• Must pass an extensive background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Own basic tools for maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventive maintenance on HVAC and related equipment.
• Close out PM checklists and update CMMS work orders.
• Document work with photos and uploads as needed.
• Repair building equipment during visits and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain inventory of HVAC parts and supplies.
• Balance air flow to ensure reliable indoor conditions.
