Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years HVAC maintenance/repair experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to job sites for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Perform PM checklists and document work in Maximo.
• Repair building equipment including faucets, valves, and lighting fixtures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for specialized services.
• Maintain strong customer relations and professional communication.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment to ensure comfort and performance.
• Design/adjust preventive maintenance programs and monitor refrigerants handling.
