Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years HVAC experience.
• Technical School or formal training is preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation/repair requirements and forecast issues.
• Represents the company and serves as direct customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Uses hand-tools and basic software to diagnose and repair HVAC units following specifications.
• Maintains safety standards and secures company assets.
• Occasionally works overtime and overnight as business requires.
