Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced HVAC field technician to commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial HVAC systems at customer sites. This role includes work on chillers and hydronics across diverse facilities.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate with project managers, and uphold safety standards while adapting to overtime and occasional overnight stays. A High School diploma and 10+ years in HVAC are required; EPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 10+ years of HVAC experience.
• Experience with air/water cooled chillers and hydronics systems.
• Valid driver’s license; EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the direct customer contact on assigned projects and service equipment at customer sites.
• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems following blueprints/engineerings specs.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with team leader/project manager; uphold safety and asset accountability.
