Engineering Excellence is seeking a senior HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems. You will mentor technicians, lead field activities such as planning and audits, and provide exceptional customer support on challenging service issues.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Train technicians and assist with field audits and supervision.
• Perform service on commercial HVAC and related equipment.
• Diagnose problems and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate reporting and paperwork for calls.
• Maintain safety, audits, and field operations standards.
