Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
• Own basic hand tools
• Universal EPA Certification
• Knowledge of refrigeration, pneumatic/DDC control, and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of basic electricity and control systems
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and controls
• Troubleshoot non-working units and replace defective parts
• Install HVAC and related systems
• Build strong customer relationships and understand customer needs
