Job summary

Edwards Electrical & Mechanical Inc. is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftops, split systems, boilers, and related controls.

You will perform preventative maintenance, document findings, and communicate status to customers and service leadership. Local travel within Indiana is required and overtime may be needed based on service demands; EPA certification is required and a valid driver's license with a clean

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC service
• Ability to read technical documents and wiring diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and associated controls
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Document service work, findings, and recommendations accurately
• Communicate with customers and service leadership regarding repairs and equipment status
• Support installation, retrofit, and small project work as needed
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
