The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to handle on-site diagnostics with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Strong focus on customer service and timely problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve customer problems professionally.
• Service HVAC equipment and accessories with accuracy to prevent breakdowns.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to identify potential issues.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as required.
• Handle parts and equipment delivery for service work.
• Record call details on handheld device and complete paperwork neatly.
• Communicate status to dispatch and ensure accurate scheduling.
• Promote products/services and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure company vehicle and tools are properly used and stocked.
