Job summary

Lennox International is hiring in Richardson, TX for a senior HVAC technician role. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex HVAC systems across commercial settings, including chillers, boilers, AHUs, RTUs, and VAVs.

The position is in-office, Monday through Friday, with comprehensive benefits and a 68k–89.25k starting salary plus the BroadBase incentive. EPA certification and 8+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required: minimum 8 years in commercial/industrial settings.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and VFDs.
• EPA regulations and safety standards familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Install, test, and commission HVAC equipment (Chillers, Boilers, AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, cooling towers).
• Read blueprints and control sequences; interpret wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate major repairs with contractors and vendors; ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
