Job summary

Engineering Excellence in Idaho is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will troubleshoot equipment, communicate solutions, and deliver reliable system performance while taking on greater responsibility.

The role emphasizes advanced diagnostic skills, safe work practices, and direct collaboration with field supervision to ensure high-quality customer service and system uptime.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA safety certifications preferred.
• Advanced HVAC servicing expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Works under supervision to perform commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems professionally and timely.
• Diagnoses and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Maintains parts/equipment delivery and records on a handheld device.
