Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot issues independently, communicate solutions clearly, and own more complex work as you advance.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• OSHA safety certifications preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of HVAC service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and timely.
• Diagnose and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Complete routine maintenance and paperwork neatly and on time.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services.
• Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status updates.
