Corvant is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to lead installation on multiple projects across mission-critical environments in Georgia. You will oversee crews, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure safety compliance and on-time delivery.

The role requires OSHA 30, 10+ years in HVAC, ability to manage subcontractors, and strong communication with vendors and customers. This is a full-time on-site position with travel.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• 10+ years of experience required.
• Proficiency in coordinating trades and scheduling.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA compliance and Corvant safety protocols on site.
• Manage installation of HVAC material and equipment.
• Keep GC and trade partners informed of installation dates.
• Coordinate material purchasing and delivery to the job site.
• Direct daily activities of technicians and crews.
• Attend GC meetings and lead safety briefings.
