R. Brooks Mechanical is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Tech to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You’ll serve as a technical resource for customers and fellow technicians and lead by example in solving complex issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and refrigeration issues on commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement, and refrigerant checks.
• Work with DDC and BAS systems (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell) to adjust setpoints, troubleshoot alarms, and verify control sequences.
• Assist with mentoring, training, and teaching the next generation of R. Brooks service technicians.

The Opportunity

As a Senior HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment while serving as a technical resource for both customers and fellow technicians. Compensation Type: Base Pay (Not Including Bonus/Spiff Pay)

Hourly pay range: $36.00 - $55.00
