R. Brooks Mechanical is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You will serve as a technical resource for customers and fellow technicians in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.

You’ll troubleshoot complex problems, perform preventive maintenance, and mentor the next generation of service techs. A strong driver’s license and 5+ years of experience are required, with a competitive benefits package

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and refrigeration issues on commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement, and refrigerant checks.
• Work with DDC and BAS systems (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell) to adjust setpoints, troubleshoot alarms, and verify control sequences.
