R. Brooks Mechanical is hiring a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to install and Commission heating and cooling systems across commercial, government, and residential settings in Maryland.

You will work with our team to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations and collaborate with project managers to meet schedules. The role demands 3+ years of lead installation experience and a solid understanding of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lead HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, and installation best practices.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, RTUs, mini-splits, and ductwork.
• Connect electrical, refrigerant, gas, and duct systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and transitions.
• Work closely with project managers, team members, and other trades to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

As an HVAC Installer at R. Brooks Mechanical, you’ll install various types of heating and cooling systems across residential, commercial and government settings for clients who genuinely depend on you.
